My ice cream recipe printed on a video of the cream maker running. It is what I do on weekends. It is easy and yummy. 1 cup whipping cream 3 cups milk 1 cup sugar. Heat the above to just beyond warm, where tiny bubbles begin to form, there is a hint of steam,and the sugar is completely dissolved. Take off heat, add 2 t. vanilla, and refrigerate overnight (THIS IS A MOST IMPORTANT STEP). You can add another extract now too. I like orange for a 50/50 bar taste. Make ice cream using ice cream maker’s instructions. With my Cuisinart, the ice cream freezer bowl must be frozen solid. For chocolate, add 3/4 cup cocoa powder to the heating milk.
